Jay Lidberg is an inter-disciplinary artist who Graduated from Minneapolis College of Art and Design with a Bachelors of Fine Arts Degree.

Their practice is focused on Performance art with the inclusion of hand made props. The performances are centered on investigative motion, looking to fuse the somatic disconnect between the human mind and body.
